The trust you have put in someone, have a very deep connection with loyalty. Then it does not matter, if it is personal life or professional life.

Well, my dear reader, I admire your efforts, You have put in someone. But still I would like to tell you, It is not always your fault, if things do not work out.

Often people do not value precious connections. They manipulate real meanings of conversations and people & they destroy valuable & precious Relations.

Sometimes, we have to move ahead in the life, without many regrets. In fact leave those painful memories, incidents and regrets much behind.

It is totally okay, if things did not work out. It is totally ok, if you have still tried to give several chances to something or someone, when 1000s of people were telling you that you are doing a huge mistake blindly.

They were there to explain you on the basis of their experiences for your betterment.

Okay! Now you have a broken heart, bad mental health, and sleepless nights.

Now what?
We can not change the past, but we can try to make our present better.
It is totally okay, to execute another plan, if the previous one failed. It is totally okay, to make the present beautiful, regardless of painful past.

Though, Loyalty is loyalty & it does not need any particular day for reminder & cherish the moments and precious Loyal people.

Dedicated to You!
Thank you for stopping bye!
It was meant to be Published on Loyalty day, but I was not able to share!

Though here is a little reminder and message I want to tell you out loud that: you can always reach out for help, when it is too much!

The very first thing I want to make clear is that, embrace your flaws, because no one is perfect. The only different perspective in the eyes of optimistic is — you can be perfect in someone's eyes!

But why! Here are reasons without any selfishness.

I have observed the fire of passion in you is really different, different from the hunger of just money.

I know you love the journey of breaking societal limits & barriers, and that is really a good thing.

Not only this, you know how to give hope & spread light & smile, even though you are not even aware, that what's the depth of darkness.

Along with it, one more thing which makes you different is, does not matter how hard time you are having, you do not throw your problems on someone else, even the person is closest to you, or you know the Perspective can give you a helping hand and help you to move out from darkness.

I know you love hugs, whenever you are feeling low, though I do not know the reasons, but the good thing is, they work like magic for you.

Though here is a little reminder and message I want to tell you out loud that:

Sometimes it is totally ok to feel low, reach out and ask for a little favor.

You know, you can always reach out for help, when it is too much.

Keep this thing in mind, that taking responsibility does not mean you have to sacrifice yourself, or you have to wear a coat of toughness on your skin, mind & heart including emotions.

I want to remind you, you deserve a lot.

Do not forget to give credits to yourself, & loved one's, where ever it is due.

Life is not meant to do just work hard and work hard & earn money & spend money.

I want to remind you, you are worthy enough to enjoy the life, to spend time with the people who care for you & you truly care.

Not only that, I want to remind you to take enough breaks, when ever you feel on the verge of break down or even before that.

I want to remind you to move on from past life.

Not only that, but I want to help you to heal from all the wounds which are given by people you have trusted mistakenly.

I want to see you growing, healing, feeling little satisfaction & touching the sky.

Not only that, but I would like to accompany you until you will not find your true happiness, or someone who can support you & respect you, more than me.

Give little part of love to yourself too!

Dedicated to all the lovely souls out there & to the people I admire a lot!

When I was writing it, the perspectives in my mind were, my closed ones, including my Parents!

But when I was reading & arranging it, I realized that it goes for every Parent, partner, or someone who know how to love truly!

Share with the people you care! And do not forget to Celebrate Your Love.

Thank you!

How complicated yet powerful Love can be in relationships, we can observe it in our daily life, and in the things near around us.

Book: Love Science — Psychology of attraction!
Author: Surajit Roy
Publisher: Notion Press
Pages: 100+

Book Review:

As there are different stages of love, classified on the basis of our life Journey.
Childhood, Teenage, Young age, and Old age.

In childhood, we are emotionally attached with our Parents, Siblings or someone who care for us a lot.

In teenage, we experience — friends love, feel infatuated or create stories about crushes in our head; which are most of the time 1 sided or our imaginations.

It is not the fault of teenagers. Books & movies make us like this.

As we move towards young age, there are two important factors:
1. Lust and 2. Companionship.

Though 2 person are never alike & for more than 90% people look seriously matter. They are influenced by Physical attraction, lust, sex, beauty and much more. That is why we can observe that a lot of Indian arrange marriages are painful. And in love marriages, love disappear after 3-4 months or 1-2 years.

If you are driven by companionship (rare people), then in such cases, Emotions, intimacy, Strong bond, Communication, Commitment, etc., matters a lot.

My take on Book Narration
It is doing great on Philosophical part & research based part. Along with it, it is also creating confusion and controversies too, as we all know love is different and vary from individual to individual.

Also, the songs lyrics are bringing 2 contexts. One is entertainment when we are in mood of enjoyment & another is feeling, understanding and the pain when we are feeling low.

The cover of book is expressing it clearly. Love is not like our imaginations or attractive & smooth like fantasies in romance novels or movies. It is complicated, messy and hard to connect and keep all the dots in 1 thread. It seriously needs care, and proper balance.

Suggestions for Author:
Narration need to be more smooth. After half book & before last quarter. This book needs 1 more revision for proper flow.

How I feel while reading this?
It is really hard to digest a lot of opinions and facts without questioning. So, if we will not try to relate the things with our real life and surrounding, the things of romance fiction/ Bollywood movies will keep empowering our beliefs.

But the reality is: Love is one thing, and relationship is another. Love is free & form of freedom.  Relationships come with partnership & love.

How this book can be helpful for you?
Benefits: It can help you to understand, how to pick up right life partner, without many compromises and forcing your beliefs.

Recommended To: Those people who are looking forward to understanding what actually Relationships and Love are, in real life. I can not recommend this book to — beginners and hopeless romantic people who are empowered by escaping the reality.

I will share tips, factors, & more things in upcoming posts!

Share with someone who is new in Relationships, or is dating someone or want to date.

The hunger to do more & to be more should always drive you, no matter how big you become.

Book Title: Shuttler's Flick - Making every match count
Pullela Gopichand with Priya Kumar
Author: Priya Kumar

This book is about Gopi Sir's philosophy of life and about winning. It can inspire you to lift yourself up in hard time, where you don't need anyone to console & lift you up.

Book Review

This story is inspired by real life incidents and more than that it is based on life Journey of Gopi (Badminton player and coach).

How he decided to keep playing when he feel the twist in his leg, at an awkward angle. And the second fall detached his knee and ankle. People were feeling it was the end of his Career.

The sad part of life is - When you fall down, No one waits for your come back or support you. People move ahead without you or even thinking about you.

This story describes the theme about which book is based on. Later, why you should give your attention to this story.
(Of course, there is a big reason. Big injury, falling of career, passion, fire, grit, mental toughness, and much more to bring the life of a champion to even normal one). And then his establishments, achievements, coaching, success of students and much more. The rest is history.

The narration style is amazing. The word themselves are creating and igniting the fire in heart and mind. No, it's not about the motivation. But they ignite the fire of passion. A fire to give a proper direction to your mindset, passion, purpose, dreams, goals.

There is a small picture album about some of the emotional and major achievement of Gopi & his life. Marriage, achievements, academy, his students' achievements, etc.) It is creating more personal touch & the book story connects like, we feel connected to videos or with movies.

Each chapter, is ending with highlights of: Your Serve and Your Solitude, your truth. Giving it more simple touch and credibility.

I will keep talking about the insights in upcoming days. They are so amazing, you would like to highlight almost every second or third passage.

I have read 4 books by Priya Kumar. And every time when I read a new book written by her, I feel amazed & Stronger connection with her voice. And yet surprised, how she manages to write and give the proper flow in narration.

What I like: Narration style, more important the story, the spark of passion, and much more. I don't know if we'll be able to observe a movie or series about the same.

Recommended: I would like to recommend this book to every individual, who feel that their career is ended or their dreams & goals are shattered despite of being so many skills, higher education, capability and much more.

Thanks to Priya Kumar for this wonderful book & Amazing Story!

Heal wounds and heal the world! Let us talk about healing today! What is healing?

After reading articles and posts of trusted creators I have realized that when people start feeling that their silence can be heard in this loud world, they start feeling good and comfortable and that is how their healing journey begins.

It is not that everyone is 100% perfect. Everyone has their wounds, cuts, scars, and people are looking for solutions to their problems.

In the last few days, I have realized that a lot of people who need solutions to problems, confuse the expertise for good solutions with the outer look. Like if they observe good graphic posts, then they misunderstand the content provided in it by the quality content and start considering it as the solution to their problem, which is not accurate.

Quality content is something, which resonates with your heart and soul. You can hear the voice of a creator in your head, you can feel those emotions in your heart; this is what a piece of content seems quality content for you.

They feel resonating with your thoughts and that is how the flow of positivity transforms towards you and that is how the healing begins. Well, I am not an expert about healing, but after passing from the ups and downs of my life in the last 5 years, I can say that sometimes it's ok to not be ok.

One day we heal, another day we are suffering. One day we are trying to do our best, another day people are trying to break us, and the cycle run continuously. No one is perfectly healed, people have to live the life journey instead of just surviving somehow.

People have to live together, that's how they can heal together, and grow together.

Do not be selfish, do not shut out the important conversations, do not ignore important things.

You know, by doing such things you are only creating boundaries in your relations. By doing such things, you are only trying to separate or push those people who care for you. It is ok to feel hurt by other people's words. The only thing we can do is, just stop expecting from them. Everyone has a different mindset. If they want to see perfection in you, then make sure that they also seem perfect in your eyes. If not then don't take their words on your heart. You need better people in your life. No one is perfect.

People need love, kindness, and support. Everyone's, needs are different. That is why compatibility matters a lot. Give your 100 percent towards the people, where you feel your silence can be heard. You need people who can support you, who can help you to move ahead and to live happily and enjoy this beautiful life instead of just surviving somehow.

What are your thoughts about the healing?
